Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DRUGS AND MEDICINES FOR OMSDH PATIENT USE
IB NO. GSH 2026-119
1. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro, through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Ninety Six Thousand Forty Six Pesos and 25/100 Only (Php 1, 496, 046.25) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Drugs and Medicines for OMSDH Patient use. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro - Procurement Division-Health Section now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within seven (7) days upon signing of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
