The subject of the order is: Drug delivery Task 1- Risakizumabum r-r. d/injection - National Health Fund drug program Task 2 - Ublituximabum final d/injection - National Health Fund drug program Task 3 - Macytentan tablet polish -NFZ drug program Task 4 - Ponesimodum table powl.- Drug program National Health Fund Task 5 - Risdiplamum tablet coating - National Health Fund drug program The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers. Parts of the order are the individual tasks specified above, i.e. tasks 1 to 5. The Ordering Party informs that the Contractor may submit an offer to maximum 5 tasks. (without limiting the number of tasks per contractor). A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex 2b. 3.3. The Ordering Party's requirements regarding the subject of the order: 1) the offered medicinal product must have approvals, certificates and be registered in accordance with legal regulations requiring approvals, certificates and registration, 2) the offered medicinal product must be placed on the market in accordance with the requirements of the Act of September 6, 2001 pharmaceutical uniform text (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 750, as amended). 3) the medicinal product offered must comply with the standards or technical specifications applicable to this product; 3.4.
