It should be capable of integrating with the Coroner's office to receive inquest reports, offer flexible permission settings for different user levels, and notify panel members when new cases are added. Additionally, it should include a dashboard with summary graphs, generate automated PDF case reports, export data to CSV for analysis, and facilitate data exchange with neighbouring authorities' systems. The support element involves ongoing liaison with coroners and other stakeholders to ensure appropriate information sharing agreements are in place.
