Description : 1. The Barangay Urdaneta Council, through the Annual Budget 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Ninety Thousand Six Hundred Fifty-Five Pesos Only (Php 390, 655.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Drug Abuse and Prevention Project: Sustainability of BADAC Functionality through Benchmarking and Outreach Program (Other Supplies and Materials Expenses) (PR No. 2026-07-058). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Urdaneta Council now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by within Thirty (30) days from effectivity date of the contract/PO indicated in the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
