Implementation of a web-based Drone Hub System that will help the Aviation Safety and Security Directorate and Aeronautical Licenses Directorate manage the entire drone services approval process. The system should be composed of two main parts: a public portal for the customers to submit their requests and an internal portal for MTT and stakeholders to process the requests and perform other tasks. In addition, a mobile app will be needed for the customers to submit, track and view requests and information.
