Mada Association is launching an invitation to bid: Drip Irrigation Systems for Agroecology Demonstration Plots - Ref: RFQ-GFFO2024TRI18 under the GFFO-funded project ‘Strengthening local climate-sensitive and universal WASH capacities using and disseminating the Green Humanitarian Aid approach, implemented by Mada Association in partnership with arche noVa.

Mada Association intends to select only registered companies/Suppliers for Drip Irrigation systems for Agroecology Demonstration Plots.

Submission of Bids will be by Email to: Procurement@mada.org.lb before May 14, 2024, at 16:00.

Kindly note:

This RFQ and the Annex attached should be properly filled, signed and stamped, otherwise will be directly disqualified.

Time needed for delivery and previous experiences will be scored.

Mada has the right to request the datasheet and brand name for all the items listed in order to demonstrate their conformity to the mandatory specifications outlined in the attached annex 1.

The supplier has to specify the country of origin and the brands of the items listed in the Annex 1.

The supplier should attach the company registration documents and ID of representative.

In case of any missing document and non-compliance to the application rules of the Quotation, the application will directly be considered as excluded.
