Drinks delivery 2026-2030 Local Government Hechtel-Eksel wishes to appoint a supplier for the delivery of drinks on demand at various municipal locations within the borders of Hechtel-Eksel. It is a broad one range, consisting of beers, waters and soft drinks, dairy drinks, canned drinks, aperitifs and wines, ... The concessions for the catering establishments that are linked to the De Schans community center and the municipal sports hall, as well as both youth centers in both sub-municipalities fall under this framework agreement. In addition to deliveries at fixed locations, deliveries must also be made during occasional events and festivities organized by or supported by Lokaal Management Hechtel-Eksel. Providing the necessary equipment free of charge for the operation of drinking establishments and events is also part of the assignment. This includes equipment such as tapping devices, refrigerators, bottle fridges, sinks, glass or plastic cups, decoration, ... The contract concerns a framework agreement with a term of 12 months, and can be extended 3 times for a term of 12 months each time. The contractor also presents itself flexible with regard to the locations to be supplied.
