The Greater Vancouver Water District, hereinafter referred to as the "Corporation" invites submissions of Expressions of Interest regarding the management and beneficial use of drinking water treatment residuals generated by the Seymour Capilano Filtration Plant.

ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS ONLY, shall be sent to the Buyer of Record, Eddie Cheung by email, including all attachments and enclosures and clearly mark SRFEOI No. 21-232 - DRINKING WATER TREATMENT RESIDUALS MANAGEMENT. Hardcopy submissions are not permitted. Submissions will be received no later than 2:00:00 p.m. local time on the 31st day of December, 2021, the "Submissions Closing").

The Corporation is seeking projects that can start in February 2022; submissions for projects starting in February 2022 are to be provided by end of business day, September 15, 2021. However, other submissions can be provided until the Submissions Closing and will be considered on an as-needed basis.
