Description : Supply and Delivery of Purified Drinking Water: 6720 JUGS



Minimum Requirements:

1. Purified drinking water source: Deep well or from local water concessionaires (Manila Water / Maynilad Water).

2. Purification Process: Minimum of 16 stages purification/filtration process.

3. Quantity and Delivery: 560 jugs of 5 gallons per month (equivalent to 6, 720 jugs for one year) or as the need arises.

4. Bottle Specifications: Shape - Round; Material - Polycarbonate resin type (brand new); Free cleaning of bottles, no extra charge for bottles containing used water.

5. Water Dispensers: Provision of Twenty-Five (25) brand new bottom-load water dispensers for free use during the contract period; Free repair and maintenance including replacement of parts such as hot/cold nozzles; Free monthly cleaning of all dispensers; Free replacement of defective dispensers.

6. Quality Assurance: Random sampling of water samples not more than twelve (12) times within the contract period, jointly conducted by Supplier and IPOPHL; Samples shall be sent to a DOH accredited water testing laboratory, with costs chargeable to the Supplier.
