Tenders are invited for Drilling Technical Service for Operation and Management.

Provide Drilling Technical Service for Operation and Management

Tender Fee USD100/- (ITT documents can be downloaded for free, but tender fee USD100 is required on or before Tenderer submits tender proposals, and Tenderer should provide the receipt of tender fee together with its proposal).

2 Tenderer shall be obligated to provide bidding documents in accordance with international practice. The tenderer will be disqualified provided that it fails to provide bidding documents in accordance with international practice. The bidding documents provided should strictly follow the requirement of ITT. The information below is the key items or see the Article 12.1 of Section 1 in ITT?

1) Scope of Business must be related to the scope of work of the tender.

2) Legal Entity and Qualification of Bidder.

3) Bid proposals are in properly sealed condition.

4) Bid Proposal Period of Validity (180 Days form Bid Closing Date).

5) Bid Bond submission.

6) Signed & Stamped Cover Letter (as per Section 2 PROPOSAL CONTENTS AND FORMS, Attachment 2A: Proposal Format of Cover Letter).

7) Price proposal is separate from Technical & Commercial proposal.

8) The bidder shall have the experience at least 5 years overseas for supervisor service in drilling QHSE work, with records of supervisor service relevant work, with certificates in English model. The bidder should have completed similar kinds of projects for last five (5) years.

9) The bidder should submit sixty (60) Curriculum Vitae (CV) of proposed personnel as per Company-s ITT requirement which shall have the professional with at least five (5) years- experience as well as the graduation certificates with English model only.

10) The bidder must have valid ISO 9001/14001 certificates and OHSAS 18001 certificates with English model belong to the bidder itself.
