1. The NIA-QUEZON IRRIGATION MANAGEMENT OFFICE through the GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED FIFTY NINE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED TWENTY SEVEN PESOS & 86/100 (P 1, 259, 627.86) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Drilling and Installation of Exploratory Deep Well of Mabunga PIP located in Gumaca, Quezon with Project Identification No. 4AQ-FSDE-26-016. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The NIA-QUEZON IRRIGATION MANAGEMENT OFFICE now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 90 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
