This works contract bearing reference no. 26/45250/PNDAP, aims to repair stability problems and the drainage system in the courtyard for the establishment of JAMBES A.R. (Saint-Servais), located at rue d'Hulster, 5 at 5002 SAINT SERVAIS. In more detail, the work includes: • Reinforcement of cellars using metal reinforcements; • Drainage/liner replacement; • Cobblestone/Hydrocarbon/tile covering • Creation of English courtyard. Since we still haven't received the PGSS annexes of the Safety & Health Coordinator, (which will be annex 5 of this contract), these will subsequently be published on the platform, which means that this contract will be the subject of a corrective notice for this reason. Bidders must complete the PGSS annexes and attach them to their offer.
