1. The Local Government Unit of Cabugao, Ilocos Sur, through the R.A. 7171 - A.O. No. 2026-05 intends to apply the sum Four Million Nine Hundred Eighty-Four Thousand, Seven Hundred Eighty-Five Pesos & 88/100 (Php4, 984, 785.88) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Dredging/Rechanneling Along Cabugao River, Cabugao, Ilocos Sur with Contract No. 2026-04-009. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Cabugao, Ilocos Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 38 calendar days.
