Dredging of Pascua Creek
Brgy. Palaka, Valladolid, Negros Occidental
1) The Municipality of Valladolid through its 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Dredging of Pascua Creek at the Brgy. Palaka, Valladolid, Negros Occidental (Contract No. MOV-I-0009-2026). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Valladolid now invites bids for Dredging of Pascua Creek at Brgy. Palaka, Valladolid, Negros Occidental. Completion of the Works is required 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
