The HUS Group is requesting offers for plotting papers. Graph paper is used in various healthcare devices, for example in EKG recorders, ultrasound devices and autoclaves. The products are described in more detail in Appendix 1 of the request for quotations product form, where the bidder records the product information of his offer and the offer prices. Procurement is divided into three different areas based on the properties of the products. The sub-areas are detailed in Appendix 1 Price and product form of the tender request. The offeror can offer to one or more procurement areas, i.e. the product basket. Some of the sub-areas are further divided into even smaller parts so that the products are compared and selected by product line. All mandatory products in the product basket must be offered. The object of procurement also includes additional products related to the offered products, such as additional sizes and accessories, which are indicated in appendix 1 Price and product form (including the additional offer tab). During the contract period in addition, in accordance with the estimated value of the purchase, products belonging to the product groups covered by the contract, which are not specified in the product appendix, can be purchased. The contract is valid for a fixed period of two (2) years, after which it is valid for the time being. The anticipated total value of the acquisition (VAT 0%) is approximately 400, 000 euros in total.
