Description : Invitation to Bid for DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT OF ROAD ALONG J.R. TORRES AVE./J.R. TORRES SUBDIVISION, BRGY. SINGCANG, - AIRPORT, BACOLOD CITY.

1. The City of Bacolod, through the 2024 Annual Budget approved by the Sanggunian, intends to apply the sum of P 39, 398, 974.45 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Drainage Improvement Of Road Along J.R. Torres Ave./J.R. Torres Subdivision, Brgy. Singcang, - Airport, Bacolod City with P.R No. BAC-PB-24-03-0051. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Bids and Awards Commitee now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 360working days. Bidders should have completed within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
