Description of the service: The object of this tender is the drafting of a construction project that includes all the necessary actions to adapt the existing facilities of the heavy vehicle parking area of ​​the Industrial Estate of Mas Ferrer, (hereafter Truck Park Reus) located at c/Pintor Fuster, 3 (Reus) to current regulations, with special attention to aspects of fire protection, the electrical installation, the installation of hydrocarbon separators and the legalization of all the installations, among others, in order to be able to have an environmental license for the activity. The works will also subsidiarily include minor aspects such as updating the horizontal and vertical signage, as well as the monolith corporatiude the Generalitat of Catalonia. The resulting Construction Project must follow all the instructions, rules and specifications of INFRAESTRUCTURES.CAT, given that this company will be in charge of developing the works defined therein. At a formal level, the corporate image of the project will be CIMALSA's own.
