Drafting service for the basic project and execution of the rehabilitation of the Oviedo Bullring The purpose of the contract is the contracting of technical assistance for drafting the Basic and Execution project, which must justify, define and assess the works necessary for the execution of the REHABILITATION OF THE PLAZA DE BULLS OF OVIEDO. The Project, which must comply with all applicable regulations and the provisions of article 233 of the current LCSP, It includes the entire building and the circumscribed area that is included in the Preliminary Project. The degree of definition and documentary content of the project will be that which allows the Oviedo City Council to tender, without more, the works contemplated therein. The details of the documentation to be included are collected in the Sheet of Technical Prescriptions. In any case, it will be adapted to current regulations, in such a way that once the works the building can be dedicated to the purpose for which it is intended. The contract entails the transfer to the City Council of the intellectual property rights over the Project and the documents that comprise it, without time limit and territorial scope and without prejudice to copyright inalienable and the responsibilities of the drafter of the Project, included in the current LCSP.
