The object of the contract consists of the execution of the works with partial supply of materials for protected housing buildings, parking spaces and storage rooms, with partially industrialized techniques on the R2 plot of El Lomo de Maspalomas, in the municipality of San Bartolome de Tirajana (Gran Canaria) including the service of drafting the basic project and execution of building and facilities and drafting of the study and coordination of safety and health, as well as construction management of all disciplines, with the peculiarities that in this document and in the PPT they are collected.
