Drafting of the Basic Project and Execution Project, Health and Safety Study and Geotechnical Study, as well as the execution of the work for the Construction of 102 rental homes with industrialized techniques on a plot located in Pozo Rayo de Ceuta The objective of this contract is enable the commissioning of a promotion of 102 homes intended for affordable rental on the Pozo Rayo plot (Ceuta), through an integrated model that guarantees the adequate technical definition of the project and its efficient execution. With this seeks to respond to the demand for housing for vulnerable groups, optimizing the deadlines, costs and quality of the action through the use of industrialized construction systems and advanced technical solutions, aligned with criteria of sustainability, inclusion and energy efficiency. This mixed contract includes the preparation of the Basic and Execution Project, health and safety and geotechnical studies, as well as the development of the preliminary project until its constructive definition. in accordance with the applicable regulations, all under the supervision of the technical services of the Autonomous City of Ceuta.
