"Draft protection plan for the "Beka" nature reserve. 1. The Regional Director for Environmental Protection prepares a protection plan for the nature reserve pursuant to Art. 19 section 1 point 2 of the Act of April 16, 2004 on nature conservation (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 13 ) Art. 19. [Establishment of a protection plan] 1. The draft protection plan is prepared for: 1) national park - director of the national park; 2) nature reserve - the regional director of environmental protection or, after consultation with this authority, the reserve manager or supervising the reserve. 2. The scope of the protection plan for the nature reserve is specified in Art. 20 above Act: Art. 20. [Period of validity and content of protection plans] 1. A protection plan for a national park, nature reserve and landscape park is prepared on: a period of 20 years, taking into account: 1) characteristics and assessment of the state of nature; 2) identification and assessment of existing and potential internal and external threats; 3) characteristics and assessment of social and economic conditions; 4) effectiveness analysis current methods of protection; 5) characteristics and assessment of the state of spatial development; 6) results of the landscape audit.
