The Dr. Jose Rizal Memorial Hospital (DJRMH) through the Trust Account of Hospital Income-PHIC Continuing Fund intends to apply the total sum of ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P 1, 510, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for payments of Supply, Delivery and Installation of Accessories for Existing Radiology Equipment under PR No. 2025-06-203 dated June 24, 2025.
