The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Mission Support Battalion (UMSB) has been tasked to solicit for and award a contract expendable prime power materials required by Alpha Company, 249th Engineer Battalion (EN BN) to execute Prepare to Deploy Order (PTDO) upon return on equipment from a deployment to the Island of Tinian.
