The Waste for the Procurement Procurement is defined by the Admission of the x - Catalog of the Waste Management Ordinance (OG 106/22 and 138/24), which was generated by a group of 20 - municipal waste and similar waste from institutions and trade and production activities) including separately Municipal waste ingredients collected, more precisely, the key number of waste 20 03 01 - mixed municipal waste (MKO).
Mixed municipal waste (KBO 20 03 01) was collected by the client, which is the Public Services Public Services of Mixed Municipal Waste from 6 LJS from the Varaždin County area (cities: Ivanec, Lepoglava, and municipalities: Maruševec, Klenovnik, Bednja, Donja fruit). Waste is collected daily from public service users with special collection vehicles with a thrust plate ('garbish') in the amount of 16 tons. After unloading from special vehicles, the waste will be scattered condition. The rate of separated municipal waste collection, according to unofficial data from the Ministry of Environment and Green Transition, is 25%for these LJSs, on average.
The service in question must allow further treatment of mixed municipal waste to a suitable and adequate way in accordance with The provisions of the Law on Waste Management (NN 84/21 and 142/23), by bylaws and this Procurement Documentation, by one of the actions of the R12 (R1, R3, R12) or one of the disposal procedures D (D1, D8, D13).
