Sarasota County intends to award a sole source procurement with to Beacon Sales Acquisitions, Inc for the provision of purchase of DOW sealant for expansion joint bridge maintenance and repairs. In the event respondents demonstrate the ability to supply the same or substantially similar products and/or services, the County may, in its sole discretion, elect to cancel this sole source and advertise a competitive solicitation. The County is not interested in responses from respondents not authorized by The Dow Chemical Company to sell these products/services to the County.
