Description of Requirement: The Joint Personal Effects Depot (JPED) at Dover Air Force Base (AFB), Delaware requires services to provide a security system upgrade to a Department of Defense (DoD) Microsoft Windows 11 operating system to strengthen their cyber security posture while streamlining their technologies operating environment.
