Site Visit: Offerors are highly encouraged to attend a site visit to inspect the current condition of the four (4) aircraft and the worksite on the AMC Museum ramp. This will be the only opportunity provided for a site visit.
a. Date and Time: 5 May 2026 at 9:00 AM EDT.
b. Location: Attendees shall meet at the main entrance of the Air Mobility Command (AMC) Museum, Dover AFB, DE.
c. RSVP Requirement: All interested attendees must RSVP via email to 2Lt Jonathan Goodwin ([email protected]) & 2Lt Travis Ambrose ([email protected]) no later than 4 May 2026 at 1:00 PM EDT. The email must include the full name of each attendee to coordinate base access. Attendees who do not RSVP may be denied entry.
