Tender Details

The work under this Contract generally consists of the construction of the multi-use trail on Douro Street from a point 200m east of Burritt Street to C.H. Meier Boulevard. The project activities primarily include stripping of topsoil, excavation, supplying, and placing granular material, asphalt multi-use trail construction, drainage improvements, grading, repairs to existing driveway entrances and curb repairs as noted on the construction drawings.
Construction shall start on the date of the City Engineer-s written order to commence on or about September 30, 2026. The Bidder shall complete the work within a time to be known as the “Time for Completion” of 25 Working Days.
