Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The Solicitation Number is N00244-25-Q-S148. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Circular and DFARS change notices. This solicitation is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. NAICS code 332510 Hardware Manufacturing is applicable, and business size is 750 employees. This procurement is a brand name/sole source procurement of the dormakaba Ilco Front Desk Unit (FDU) a stand-alone all-in-one access management electronic door lock system (not connected to any information network and does not require an integrated OS). Procurement of the dormakaba 790 Series RFID Door Locks compatible with the FDU, providing full access management, RFID Key Card encoding and lock programming auditing in building 26 Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD).
