Notice to Bidders
Notice is hereby given that the Governing Board of the Wilson Education Center will receive proposals for participating school corporations, municipalities, libraries, governmental entities and higher education entities serviced by the Indiana Approved Educational Shopping Cooperative (IAESC Procurement), Wilson Education Center/IAESC Procurement Food Services, GovPro and Associate Members until September 2, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. (Local Time) on the following items:
#25.15 Doors, Windows, and Garage Doors
WESC is seeking proposals for doors, windows, and garage doors. All proposals should include types of doors, windows, and garage doors being offered through the contract.
Types of doors--Common types include hinged doors (the most typical), sliding doors, French doors, and panel doors. Other types include bifold doors, pocket doors, barn doors, and Dutch doors. Door materials include wood doors, steel doors, fiberglass doors, aluminum doors, glass doors, and vinyl doors.
Windows--all windows and window sizes.
Garage Doors--Common types include sectional, roll-up, tile-up, side hinged, and sliding doors.
Please register as a vendor at Bids and Tenders - WESC to receive a copy of this bid. Proposals shall be properly and completely executed as indicated in the instructions to bidder. All offers must comply with applicable laws and requirements outlined in the RFP. Offerors must also be able to meet all requirements found in applicable public purchasing (e. g. Ind. Code § 5-22) and public contract statutes. The Governing Board reserves the right to accept or reject all bids and to waive any informality therein. The Governing Board reserves the right to hold proposals, including any alternates, for up to 60 days from the date of the opening.
