Domestic microwave ovens - INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS • INVITATION: An invitation is cordially extended to you to submit a formal Quote and participate in the Minor Purchase process CM-GA-2025-CNSV-033-443 for the "ACQUISITION OF APPLIANCES FOR THE DNVT, THROUGH THE CNSV" • INSTRUCTIONS: a. The offer presented must contain the following information: Exact address, RTN, telephone number, name of the contact person, delivery time, brands and product warranty, duly signed and sealed; Likewise, they must consider only the specifications and quantities described here, indicating the unit and total price for each item, and, where applicable, the sales tax. Otherwise, your offer will be disqualified. b. The Secretariat of Security will execute the purchase based on the available budget and, in appropriate cases, will carry out the necessary adjustments, in order to not commit resources that are not available. Article 111 of the General Provisions of the Budget, article 27 of the State Procurement Law and article 39 of the Regulations of the State Procurement Law. c. Financing the purchase requires the credit authorization in favor of the Institution, with a maximum validity of 45 calendar days, counted from the presentation of the complete documents for payment management (Invoice, Updated SAR Fiscal Solvency Certificate, Reception Minutes). d.
