This is a Market Survey for Domestic Datalink Services (DDLS). The purpose of this Market Survey is to gain market insights and capability to fulfill the requirements as listed at Attachment 1 - Draft DDLS Statement of Work (SOW) and Attachment 2 - DDLS Data Communications Network Service Description.
