Products or services: Construction of civil works The purpose of these Administrative Bases is to regulate the call for public bidding for the project called “EXTENSION OF OFFICES OF THE WORKS DIRECTORATE OF THE COMMUNE OF PUERTO VARAS”. The project Its purpose is to expand the existing building through the construction of a second level, increasing the useful surface area for the offices of the Municipal Works Directorate of Puerto Varas, with the purpose of improving the conditions of operation, attention to the public and accessibility to the service. The architectural design of the extension seeks to replicate and respect the formal language of the original building, incorporating criteria consistent with the typical architecture of the area and the value heritage of the environment. The structure of the expansion will be made up mainly of galvanized steel profiles and metal structure, in accordance with the project's plans and structural calculations.
