The Public Guardian and Trustee (PGT) uses the On Premise DocuWare as its document management, repository and workflow automation solution. Currently, PGT has 390 DocuWare licenses.
This RFP is being issued to select a DocuWare reseller who can provide PGT with the licenses and Tier 1 support and maintenance as of October 1, 2025. Additionally, the PGT may require advice on configuration changes - both minor and major - as its needs change over the Contract term.
Proponents must be an authorized reseller of DocuWare On Premise.
