The subject of the order includes: 1. Documents in the PIK HL7 standard e-Zdrowie Center (9 documents) - 1 set. Expansion of hospital systems Extension of EDM with new statutory documents, integration with the P1 platform in the scope of indicated documents along with monitoring the level of their indexation by 9 documents: - descriptions of histopathological tests, - descriptions of cytological tests, - oncological diagnosis and treatment card (e-DILO), - oncological treatment plan, - Patient Summary (Patient health card), - card cardiac care (e-KOK), - medical emergency card, - medical card of the air rescue team, - occupational medicine documents (medical certificate and guidelines resulting from working conditions or workplace). IN Under the warranty, the Contractor undertakes to provide author's supervision and maintenance of the HIS application software for a period of 36 months from the date of signing the contract, along with update services for the supplied software.
