I. Subject matter of the procedure: 1. description of the subject of the order: - Service of analysis and verification of documentation regarding the planned purchase of a used diesel fuel tank with a capacity of 25, 000 liters from another railway company - pcs. 1 Documentation regarding the used one diesel oil tank will be made available to the Contractor after awarding the Order. The subject of the order includes in particular: 1. Verification of the completeness and formal and legal correctness of the submitted documentation. 2. Assessment of whether the documents held are sufficient to complete the tank purchase transaction.3.Identification of possible deficiencies, inaccuracies or risks arising from the submitted documentation.4.Identification of documents, statements, decisions or other materials that need to be supplemented or obtain before concluding a purchase agreement.5. Verification of the legal status regarding the foundation and use of the tank. 6. Preparation of a written opinion containing conclusions and recommendations regarding the possibility of carrying out the transaction. 2. Criterion for evaluating the offers: price 100%II.Conditions of the order: 1.Completion date: 14 business days from the date of submission of the documentation (the Ordering Party allows for the possibility of another date after prior arrangement).2.Place of installation of the tank: - Koleje Wielkopolskie Sp. z o. o., ul.
