Description of the service: The object of this contract is the support service for the documentary platform, to have the following services:• Possibility of telephone and/or face-to-face assistance in case of need.• Support for the architecture and operation of the document manager.•Execution of periodic preventive maintenance checklists for the document manager.These services can be extended to:•Strategic advice on the use of document management technology.•Support and incident management.•Design support of architectures.• Support for the design of physical data models.• Support for performance problems.• Support for SQL and PLSQL programming.• Support for product installations.• Support for document manager version updates.
