Document storage service 1. The subject of the order is: document storage service in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the order constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The subject of the order includes storing documentation for a period of time required by regulations for a given category of files and full archival service of the seized documentation, preparation of documentation for disposal, preparation of a disposal report for the Ordering Party. The subject of the order also includes making available documentation in physical form (original, copy), missing documentation after the expiry of the storage period specified in specific regulations and destruction of documentation. A detailed description of the subject of the order (Annex No. 1 to the SWZ) will constitute annex to the concluded contract.
