The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gather industry insights, solution capabilities and best practices related to modernizing and optimizing ICBC-s intake, processing and routing of multi‑format documents submitted for non‑network vehicle repair claims. ICBC seeks to better understand the available technologies (potentially cloud‑based and AI‑enabled) that can ingest unstructured content such as photos, handwritten notes, PDFs, shop management system outputs, estimates and invoices, and convert that content into standardized, structured data for use in ICBC-s internal systems, including Guidewire ClaimCenter (cloud), Mitchell WorkCenter, SAP and ICBC-s Document Management System. All communication from and to ICBC including questions, solicitation document amendments, responses to questions and other information will also be published on ICBC-s Euna Procurement-s portal.
