The subject of the contract is the service of developing a document entitled "Functional and spatial strategy and the development of health care units supervised by the Śląskie Voivodeship, i.e. 36 independent public healthcare facilities and 7 medical companies, in comprehensive terms based on economic, legal and organizational analyzes. "
The subject of the contract consists of the following tasks (phases):
Task 1 - identification and analysis of the current situation, market research (including advantages, opportunities, threats and the resulting implications, SWOT analysis) and determining detailed goals related to the strategic goal related to the desire of the Śląskie Voivodeship to optimize health protection resources;
Task 2-Analysis of legal and organizational solutions and indicating directions and stages:
1) consolidation of medical entities under health care units supervised by the Śląskie Voivodeship or taking into account medicinal entities with other creating entities,
2) cooperation of medical entities with similar business profiles,
3) transfer or acquisition of medical entities to/from other forming entities,
4) restrictions on the activities of medical entities,
