Tender Details

The South Karelia welfare area is requesting offers for the direct search service for doctors. In this procurement, doctors mean both medical graduates and specialists. The direct search service primarily applies to doctors, but the Subscriber can use it contract also for the direct recruitment of other special experts doing clinical work (e.g. psychologists). The customer's needs are focused on the recruitment of specialists, but medical graduates can also be recruited. Services are purchased to supplement the Subscriber's own service production and the Subscriber does not commit to any quantity purchases. The customer also procures doctors as a purchase service. The customer has several contracts with the same content based on the framework arrangement established on the basis of the purchase. Contracts are not exclusive. The acquisition is divided into two parts: 1. Direct search 2. Proactive recruitment The supplier can offer and be selected to provide services for one or both areas. The object of the acquisition is described in more detail in the appendix Service description The planned contract period is 1 August 2026 - 31 December 2027. The contract includes an option to extend the contract period to 2028 and 2029.
