The content of the service and the requirements for the doctors to be rented are defined in more detail in the Service Description appendix. The procurement is divided into two to the sub-area:1. General practitioner service2. Specialist medical service The subscriber acquires the service according to the needs of his customers and the subscriber does not commit to certain purchase quantities. The provider can submit an offer for either only one or both of the areas of the request for tender. The offer comparison is done by sub-area. The comparison basis for the offers is the lowest price. The comparison includes all bidders who meet the suitability requirements and other mandatory requirements set by the request for tenders and whose offer is in accordance with the request for tender. In the procurement, a separate framework arrangement is established for each sub-area, to which the number of service providers meeting the Customer's needs is selected. The selected service providers are set at the lowest price in the framework arrangement according to priority order. As a rule, orders are placed in accordance with the order of priority of the framework arrangement, i.e. the order is always placed first from the first service provider in the order of priority. If the service provider in question does not have an offer doctor within a reasonable time, we move on to the next one in the framework arrangement to the service provider.
