Finnpilot Pilotage Oy: the goal is to create a dynamic procurement system (DPS), the target of which is the docking services of aluminum-hulled fast pilot boats and steel-hulled pilot cutters inspected as workboats.
The procurement unit has published an advance notice on dynamic from the procurement system (559075), the target of which were sub-area 1: Docking services and sub-area 2: Machine shop services. However, during the preparation phase, it became clear that it would be most appropriate to make these our own dynamic procurement systems. This announcement is about the docking service.
