Tender Details

BCRTC operates the SkyTrain network across the Lower Mainland, including three Operations and Maintenance Centres (OMCs). The OMC facilities provide workspace and shop space for staff to operate and maintain the SkyTrain. Of these, OMC1 was the first facility opened to support the original SkyTrain line in 1986.

To support the growing needs of BCRTC, renovations to OMC1 are necessary and additional office space is required. As such, TransLink has leased space at Central Park Place (CPP), located at 4555 Kingsway Ave, Burnaby, BC V3C 1S9.

Central Park Place was constructed in 2000 as a commercial tower. Currently, TransLink has currently leased 9F, 11F, 12F, and 13F of CPP. 9F and 11F are currently unoccupied, while 12F and 13F house BCRTC staff.
