Do "values" influence food waste
Object: The study targets two main objectives: 1/ Identify the different "values" relating to food waste and their influences on the act of throwing within the home and during meals taken outside the home; 2/ Locate levers, build targeted awareness messages to reduce waste at all stages of the meal (race, storage, preparation, consumption) taking into account sensitivities to the different notions of "values" and identify the communication channels more efficient.
