Supply of office paper WITH REQUIREMENT for provision of substitute performance Delivery of office paper WITHOUT REQUIREMENT to provide substitute performance The subject of the public contract is the supply of office paper for the Olomouc Region and its contribution organizations (hereinafter referred to as goods). The supply of office paper also includes recycled office paper suitable for printing in black and white and color laser and inkjet printers or copiers. In accordance with § 38, paragraph 1 of the Act, the contracting authority requires that supplies of office paper for category 1 of the DNS took place in the so-called substitute delivery regime, in the sense of § 81 paragraph 2 letter b) and § 67 of Act No. 435/2004 Coll., on employment, as amended. The subject of category 2 public procurement is delivery of office paper without the requirement to provide substitute performance.
