DNS - Technical support for the implementation of cultural events The subject of the contract is the establishment of DNS. The aim of DNS is to enable the public contracting authority flexible awarding of orders in accordance with the Public Procurement Act according to your real needs, i.e. v time and extent known to him. DNS will be used for entering contracts related to the provision of services and goods that are normally available on the market, specifically, it will be about the provision of technical security for individual cultural events - especially the supply and operation of sound, light and video equipment and other additional services necessary for technical preparation, security and subsequent implementation of specific individual events. DNS is established for a period of 12 months for the needs of the public contracting authority and only the public contracting authority will enter contracts in it. DNS is not divided into categories. The public procurement authority wants to enable the participation of smaller suppliers by operative awarding of contracts and therefore recommends also smaller suppliers who meet the conditions for participation in terms of these documents to send a request for inclusion in the DNS, so that they have the opportunity to apply for announced contracts. Only those suppliers who will be included in the DNS can then be sent an invitation to submit an offer and therefore have the right to submit an offer, and therefore the public contracting authority recommends the suppliers to deliver the application for inclusion in the DNS by the deadline for submission of applications specified in these tender documents.
