DNS - Purchase of used buses The subject of this procurement procedure is the introduction of a dynamic purchasing system ("DNS") called "DNS - Purchase of used buses". The client's goal is to have a range of suppliers who will be able to respond to his current needs fulfill the subject of partial public contracts ("mini-tenders"), during the duration of the DNS. Through mini-tenders in the DNS, the contracting authority intends to ensure continuous renewal and expansion of its bus fleet by purchasing used buses in the range and technical specification according to its operational needs. The contracting authority defines the subject of the mini-tenders that will be entered in the DNS as described below. DNS is not categorized. The subject of the performance is the supply of used buses of category M1, M2 and M3 ("vehicles") for the purpose of renewal and expansion of the customer's vehicle fleet, including accessories. Specific requirements and precise definition of the subject of individual mini-tenders, including technical conditions and specifications of the required vehicles (especially type, category, age, more detailed technical specifications, maximum mileage, technical condition, emission standard, etc.), will always be listed in the relevant call for tenders for a partial mini-tender within the established DNS.
