The subject of these public contracts will be the supply of asphalt mixtures ACO 8, ACO 11, ACO 11+/S, ACL 16+/S, ACP 16+/S, ACP 22+/S. These deliveries will be made by taking the asphalt mixture by the contracting authority directly at the premises of selected suppliers, when loading onto the contracting authority's equipment will be ensured by the supplier. The subject of public contracts will not be the transport of the asphalt mixture from the supplier's premises to the place of laying, the contractor will ensure the transport of the mixture from the premises the supplier to the place of installation by own transport, using equipment under his direction. Quantitative and qualitative definition of the subject of individual public contracts awarded in DNS will always be specified in the call for tenders made in accordance with § 141 ZZVZ. DNS is territorially divided into 6 categories according to the headquarters of the individual centers of the contracting authority.
