DNS - Assembly of substructures and PV panels for the construction of PV plants - Category I. - PV plants with an installed capacity of up to 30 MWp inclusive DNS - Assembly of substructures and PV panels for the construction of PV plants - Category II. - PV plants with an installed capacity of over 30 MWp The subject of public procurement entered in the established DNS is the performance of standardized and repetitive assembly work consisting in the assembly of substructures (including anchoring elements) for photovoltaic panels and the assembly of photovoltaic panels for the construction of PV plants. DNS can be part of the subject also be the connection of photovoltaic panels into strings at the level of the PV field (i.e. only connector connections, not DC cabling outside the panel wires leading to switchboards or inverters), including their mechanical routing/fixing and description/labeling wires, without connecting to other technology. DNS will be divided into categories in the sense of § 138, paragraph 1 ZZVZ, as follows: a) Category I. - FVE with an installed capacity of up to 30 MWp inclusive; b) Category II. - PV plants with an installed capacity of over 30 MWp The supplier is entitled to apply for participation in any DNS Category or combination of DNS Categories. The same technical definition of the subject of performance applies to both Categories. The difference between Category I and Category II. mainly lies in the expected installed PV power, range assembly capacities, organization of work, logistical requirements and time schedule of a specific partial public contract.
